Consistent line welding work station

1. Schematic description

This scheme is designed by Shenyang Haobang Robot Co., Ltd., for the welding process of coherent line. Make it to meet the product automatic welding function.
The double rows of equipment are processed in one base, with high parallelism, good workpiece positioning accuracy, offline programming, reduce the skill requirements; use the servo slide to drive the robot walk, can accurately locate the robot position; laser weld tracking function, the weld shape beautiful and improve the product quality.

2. Design the basic parameters

2.1 Saddle mouth welding work station
1) Function description:
A. Card loading process: the supervisor is mounted on the fixed driven shaft, and the support mechanism is adjusted to the corresponding height position to support the head, correct the saddle hole on the main manually, lock the active shaft, clamp the fixed end chuck, and rotate the position of the straight branch pipe through the rotating electron horizontal ruler.
B. Welding process: The welding robot determines the welding position by laser positioning, and controls the welding position between the workpiece of the robot and the shift machine. During welding, it needs to be directly called and stored after remote programming. To carry out the welding task. It has the welding functions of saddle mouth weld and main ring weld.
C. The same branch pipe at the same Angle can be welded directly by the robot moving the corresponding position without secondary positioning.

Laser weld seam tracking system
         This machine is equipped with laser weld tracker, which adopts intelligent real-time weld tracking technology and non-contact tracking mode. Through the position information of each point in the sensor laser scanning area, the online real-time detection of common welds is completed through complex program algorithm. According to the measured weld deviation, guide and control the precise positioning of the welding torch, avoid the welding defects caused by the position deviation of the workpiece, and improve           the production efficiency and product quality.
         Ensure a safe welding process and perfect weld formation;

4. Environmental technical conditions for site installation and use

5. Technical data, collaborative services and training
The supplier undertakes to provide complete and complete technical data and technical drawings. Including: equipment operation manual (including the list of key parts), product qualification certificate, equipment installation drawing, final assembly drawing, electrical schematic diagram and wiring diagram, etc.
5.1 The equipment shall be guaranteed for 12 months after delivery. During the warranty period, various technical services will be provided free of charge.
5. 2 The Supplier shall establish detailed user files, and retain the equipment drawings and technical data for a long time. After the expiration of the warranty period, it shall still provide extensive and preferential spare parts supply, and the cost shall be determined by both parties through negotiation.
5. 3 After the demander completes the site installation, commissioning and trial operation, the supplier will provide unified free technical training for the technical, operation and maintenance personnel.
5.4 Free remote after-sales outside the shelf life, and the program library is updated for free forever.
6. Acceptance:
1 The function and performance of the equipment shall meet the requirements of the relevant provisions of this technical agreement.
2. After the completion of the installation and commissioning, the continuous operation lasts for one week without failure, or if the buyer fails to raise objections within 1 month after receiving the goods, it shall be deemed to have passed the acceptance inspection.
Note: Other relevant matters not specified in this scheme can be determined through negotiation according to the actual situation on the site, and the final on-site use of the buyer shall prevail.
