The machine is mainly used for cutting square pipes and angles. The machine includes traverse loading frame, jacking transport device, fixed-length conveying mechanism, cutting robot arm, plasma cutting power supply and outfeed roller conveyor, etc. The equipment mainly consists of cutting robot, inlet and outlet roller conveyor, fixed-length propulsion device, traverse roller conveyor, electric control system, etc.

The line is suitable for plasma cutting process of various profiles. It mainly consists of four stations: traverse loading, fixed-length conveying, cutting and discharging. The movement is designed in the form of servo control, and the precise setting of the discharging size ensures the processing accuracy. Equipped with robot cutting system, it greatly improves the processing efficiency. Through robot control of cutting gun movement, it automatically locates the first cutting position and completes automatic cutting of the whole material; during the cutting process, the arc tracking system will automatically track the cutting seam and adjust the level and height position of the cutting gun to avoid the deviation of the cutting seam position, and the automatic integrated intelligent control system carries out continuous operation.
 

Working Process

 

1,Place the material to be cut horizontally on the upper material frame, and the overturning cylinder of the upper material frame moves to support the material and turn it to the same angle as the pushing slide.
2,The material will be pushed from the upper frame to the pushing slide, and the feeding clamping mechanism on the pushing slide will hold the material and move it to the gantry by motor driving a certain distance.
3,After the material passes through the gantry, the gantry clamping action clamps the material and fixes it. The cutting robot is driven by the robot slide and automatically cuts according to the corresponding tube type by calling the corresponding program.
4,Manually select the next section to be cut length, push material slide automatically transported into place, and the cut material is held by the discharge frame to carry away.
