Equipment description:
1. The equipment has 5 welders, each of them has an independent control system.
2. It is designed with two sets of welding platform, which could improve the welding efficiency by loading the workpiece on one platform and welding process going on the other platform.
3. The equipment is equipped with an arc tracking system. During the welding process, the welding current is automatically controlled. The position and height of the welding gun are adjusted accordingly, so as to ensure that the welding gun always moves along the weld, and the whole process does not need manual monitoring.
4. Operation by wireless remote control, safely and conveniently;
5. The whole gantry is equipped with dual drive, servo control, welding at a low speed and travel in a high speed.
