Welding of Distance-setting Column
SmartHeat uses the professional stud welding machine imported from Germany to welddistance-setting column.During the welding process,the method of fusion welding isadopted.Weld joints aresurfaces.Two kinds of materials are completely fused together toguarantee high welding strength.Due to short welding time andslight fusion penetration,welding can be conducted on a plate with the minimum thickness of 1.5 mm.It is possible toperform welding oncoated or high alloy plates to meet the demand of special operatingconditions.
Vibration Aging Treatment
During the welding process of the spiral heat exchanger,numerous stresses are produced.For common carbon steelproducts,this issue can be resolved through heat treatment.But for stainless steel products,SmartHeat applies thevibration aging treatment for stress relief to ensure superiorproduct performance and longer service life.
