The work station consists of an ABB robot and a set of mobile platform, supplemented by positioning tooling and vacuum suction cups. The robot takes the material to the working position of the bending machine, the tooling is positioned to complete one side of the bending, and after bending, the workpiece is placed on one side of the bending station, and after the bending plate on one side reaches a certain number, the robot rotates each side of the workpiece by 180° to complete the bending on the other side.

Any China ports. Commonly, we will use Dalian port. But it can be appointed as you like.
3.How about the warranty?
Warranty period of one year (since the completion of mechanical debugging at the buyer's factory). During the warranty period, if there is a problem with the equipment, we are responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge, but we do not provide coverage for perishable parts, lost parts, consumable parts, or human damaged parts.
4.What shall we do if don't know how to operate your machine?
We have detail installing and operating instructions attached, also comes with video.Our after sale service hot line will be available for 24H everyday.
5.What if we have any problem with the machine?
We will get back to you with solutions with maxmum of 24 hours after receiving your description of what the problem is.
