The cutting, grouping and welding processes of pipe fittings are automated or half-automated to improve product quality and capacity and reduce labor hours and production safety risks.
The program consists of four sets of automatic equipment.
1,CNC plasma pipe cutting equipment: The equipment is solid and stable as a whole, with precise servo walking and rotating system, precise guiding and transmission system, complete protection system, easy and convenient operating system.
2,Pipe pairing equipment: The equipment is divided into three types: short joint pairing machine, bend pipe pairing machine, and main pipe pairing machine, which can realize various types of pipe fast pairing welding.
3,Intelligent welding machine: dedicated to the welding of pipe flanges, adjustable angle of welding torch, can weld butt welds and fillet welds; the spindle is driven by servo motor, can accurately control the welding speed; welding parameters preset function, can preset welding parameters into the system or record the previous welding parameters, the next welding the same specifications of the workpiece can directly call the welding parameters, simple operation, flexible and versatile.
4,Phase line robot welding workstation: the equipment double rows of tracks are in a base, the overall processing, its high parallelism, good accuracy of workpiece positioning, reduce the time of the teaching program; using servo slide driven robot walking, can accurately position the robot; its welding seam forming beautiful, improve product quality.

Any China ports. Commonly, we will use Dalian port. But it can be appointed as you like.
3.How about the warranty?
Warranty period of one year (since the completion of mechanical debugging at the buyer's factory). During the warranty period, if there is a problem with the equipment, we are responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge, but we do not provide coverage for perishable parts, lost parts, consumable parts, or human damaged parts.
4.What shall we do if don't know how to operate your machine?
We have detail installing and operating instructions attached, also comes with video.Our after sale service hot line will be available for 24H everyday.
5.What if we have any problem with the machine?
