Equipment brief introduction:
This equipment is the outer circle welding equipment, it mainly realizes the automatic concentricity of the outer circle of the plate, reduces the amount of misalignment of the outer circle, realizes automatic concentricity and automatic welding of each set of the plates.

For the inner circle, we have inner-circle welding equipment which could realizes the whole process of automatic assembly, automatic clamp loading, automatic welding and other internal welding.

Working instructions
This machine mainly realizes the automatic welding of the outer circle of the plate. By manually placing the set of plates to the designated station, selecting the corresponding model on the console, pressing the start button, the welding equipment moves to the plate station and starts welding. At the same time, the worker goes to another station and places a new set of plates. The two stations are in alternative using to achieve continuous welding of the plates.
And it is possible to replace the different types of plates, just replace the different clamps and the corresponding connecting plates. It can be used to realize quick replacement of different types of plates.

Equipment advantages:
There is a camera equipped at the welding torch to realize remote monitoring, and the welding torch can be manually corrected durring the process. High quality plasma welder is adopted to have a beautiful welding seam and high welding quality.

Warranty period of one year (since the completion of mechanical debugging at the buyer's factory). During the warranty period, if there is a problem with the equipment, we are responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge, but we do not provide coverage for perishable parts, lost parts, consumable parts, or human damaged parts.
