Equipment functions and features
1. Electric adjustment of welding torch, saving time and labor, convenient and fast;
2. The angle of welding torch is adjustable, which can adapt to fillet weld and butt weld;
3. The welding torch has arc swing function, swing parameters could be controllable;
4. Equipped with wireless remote control system, it is flexible to suitalble for multiple situation;
5. The vertical axis, horizontal stretching axis and horizontal moveing axis are all controlled by servo motor, which can accurately control the welding speed;
6. PLC control system provide a comtom interface, it is easy and convenient to operate;
7. The welding parameter preset function can preset the welding parameters into the system or record the previous welding parameters. The welding parameters can be directly called when welding the workpiece is the same specification next time;
8. With the function of gas pressure detection, when the welding gas reaches the pressure alarm line, the system will give an alarm to remind to replace the gas cylinder;
9. It has the function of seam tracking. By detecting the welding current, adjusting the height of welding torch, real-time monitoring (suitable for fillet welding and V-shaped welding groove);
