Equipment function characteristics

2, the tail cylinder control compression force, clamping force can be adjusted, can be set display, pre-load force unqualified alarm system equipment, pre-load force can be set electrical control closed-loop system, can be preset pressure, can meet the pressure setting of different workpieces, through the electromagnetic control valve, real-time feedback pressure value;
3. After the ball valve is installed, the tail seat mechanism is jacked tight until the welding is finished;
4. When the ball valve is on, the lifting support frame can support the ball valve end tube, which is easy to press and avoid damage;
5, lifting support lifting using electric form, can automatically lift height;
6, the horizontal position of the welding gun electric remote rod adjustment, welding gun Angle can be manually adjusted;
7. During the welding process, the welding gun can be fine-tuned, current and voltage adjusted. When automatic, the current is welded according to the predetermined value;
8, the control system with welding parameter storage, call function (welding current, voltage, welding speed), can record multiple welding parameters;
9, with welding gas pressure detection system, when the air pressure is lower than the set value, the system sends an alarm, prompting to replace the cylinder;
10, two welding machines set the switch separately, can operate independently;
11, there is a data connection interface, can do digital upgrade;
12, after the welding is completed, the welding door is opened manually;
